§ 1. General provisions

1. These regulations define the rules of using the Klik Candy Shop online store, available at https://klikcandyshop.com/ .
2. The online store is operated by Klik Candy Shop, with its registered office in Międzyrzecz at ul. 30 Stycznia 35, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP number 5961768845, REGON number 529346482.
3. The customer of the online store may be an adult natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who purchases goods offered by the store.
4. Using the online store constitutes acceptance of these regulations and applicable legal provisions.

§ 2. Offer and orders

1. The online store offers products and services, the current offer of which is available on the store’s website.
2. Goods prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders can be placed via the store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. Placing an order by the Customer is tantamount to concluding a sales agreement between the Customer and the store.
5. The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order if: a) the data provided by the Customer is incorrect or incomplete, b) the product is unavailable in the warehouse, c) payment has not been made within the specified time.

§ 3. Payments

1. The customer can pay for the order by: a) bank transfer, b) payment by credit/debit card, c) payment on delivery (upon receipt of the shipment), d) payment via an electronic payment system (e.g. PayU, PayPal).
2. Payment for the order must be made before its fulfillment, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
3. If payment is not received within [number of days] from the date of order placement, the order will be cancelled.

§ 4. Delivery

1. The store delivers within Poland and to selected countries abroad.
2. Shipping costs are added to the order price and are visible in the shopping cart before placing the order.
3. The order processing time is from 1 to 3 business days from the moment of receipt of payment.
4. The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company or other factors beyond the store’s control.

§ 5. Returns and complaints

1. The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
2. Complaints may be filed in the event of physical or legal defects of the goods.
3. Detailed rules regarding returns and complaints are described in a separate returns and complaints policy, available on the store’s website.

§ 6. Protection of personal data

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Customers is Klik Candy Shop, with its registered office in Międzyrzecz at ul. 30 Stycznia 19.
2. Customers’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
3. The customer has the right to view their data, correct it and request its deletion.

§ 7. Final provisions

1. The store reserves the right to change these regulations at any time. The changes will not affect the rights acquired by the Customer before the changes were introduced.
2. In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. Any disputes arising from the use of the online store will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction for the store’s registered office.

These regulations are effective from 02/09/2024.
